What Does It Mean To LIVE in JESUS?
Jesus is not our supplement, He is our Source. To abide is to stay where we have been placed.
Jesus didn’t tell us to struggle to get into Him, we are told to abide. We don’t pray to be in Him, we obey that we are in Him. Everyone who abides prays, but not everyone who prays, abides. To the outsiders Jesus says, COME, and to those who come Jesus says, ABIDE!
Instead of praying “Lord, help me to live my life for you,” pray, “Lord Jesus, live out your life through me.”
