Sometimes, people feel hesitant in discipleship groups, fearing they need to have the ‘perfect’ answer. But true discipleship is about creating a space where they feel safe to share their thoughts and insights. As we walk with people, we need to ease their fears, encourage open discussion, and listen for the Holy Spirit’s guidance.
