Shocking new revelations are raising serious concerns about how the federal government treated pro-life Americans under the Biden administration. Newly released emails suggest that peaceful Christian activists were monitored, targeted, and prosecuted with assistance from pro-abortion organizations.

President Joe Biden’s administration relied on information gathered from radical pro-abortion groups to track, prosecute, and snoop on peaceful pro-life protesters, shocking emails released Tuesday by the Trump administration show.
The emails show a top Justice Department official referring to an abortion activist as an “MVP” for flagging pro-life protests to prosecute and seeking to track the travel plans of Christian pro-life activists not yet charged with crimes. The emails also reveal pro-abortion organizations providing dossiers to the Biden DOJ with personal information and pictures of pro-life activists who were later arrested by the FBI.
These dossiers contained the information of pro-life activists who were not yet charged with any federal crimes, but were deemed threats by the abortion groups because of their activism. Many of these individuals would later be prosecuted by the Biden administration.
These revelations paint a troubling picture of a government that blurred the line between law enforcement and ideological alignment. The reported collaboration between federal officials and pro-abortion groups raises questions about fairness, equal protection, and the safeguarding of constitutional rights—especially for those engaging in peaceful protest and prayer. This kind of targeting represents not just political bias, but a potential misuse of authority against citizens exercising their First Amendment freedoms.
The use of the FACE Act in these cases is particularly concerning. Originally intended to protect both abortion facilities and pro-life pregnancy centers, the law has been disproportionately applied against pro-life activists. This discrepancy is largely because, according to the Daily Wire, Biden resurrected the National Task Force on Violence Against Reproductive Health Care Providers shortly after being elected. This task force operated largely out of the Department of Justice’s Civil Rights Division under the direction of Sanjay Patel, who was fired earlier this week. Patel was in “regular, ongoing contact with pro-abortion non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and the clinics they represented,” according to the DOJ.
The Daily Wire also highlighted how some pro-lifers were ruthlessly targeted by the Biden administration. Calvin Zastrow, a previous IFA webcast guest, was a prime target. Although he and his family only engaged in peaceful evangelism and pro-life activism, emails show they were flagged by the DOJ at the time, and that Patel enlisted abortion activists to track his whereabouts. Shockingly, all this was done before Zastrow had even been charged with a crime.
Though the Biden administration sought to oppress the freedoms of Christians and pro-lifers, the Trump administration is working to make the wrong things right. Intercessors, now is the time to pray for righteousness in our justice system, protection for those who stand for life, and accountability for those in power.
