Vice President JD Vance is raising serious concerns about a massive fraud scheme involving taxpayer-funded programs, warning that federal investigators are now examining what state leaders knew—and when. As billions of dollars are in question, accountability may be on the horizon.
Who is praying on the wall?

Vice President JD Vance put Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz and other officials on notice that federal investigators are looking into what they knew about billions of dollars in human services fraud in the state — and whether they knowingly let it “fester” on their watch.
“This fraud ring that we’ve allowed to fester in this country, it defrauds the taxpayers. It also literally takes resources from the mouths of poor children,” Vance said in an interview on Fox News’ “The Will Cain Show” Wednesday.

“There were multiple Minnesota authorities who were turning a blind eye to this fraud,” Vance claimed. “What we don’t yet know is whether they knew it was going on as it was doing on, but that’s one of the things that we’re looking at with these investigations.”
This investigation centers on an alleged scheme involving child care centers and other businesses submitting false billing statements to collect large sums of taxpayer money. Federal officials estimate the total fraud could range between $9 billion and $19 billion—an enormous loss that impacts both taxpayers and vulnerable communities meant to benefit from these programs.
Vice President Vance has indicated that federal authorities are now taking a deeper look not only at those directly involved in the fraud, but also at whether state officials failed in their duty to prevent or stop it. Reports suggest that while some local law enforcement assisted federal investigators, state leadership may not have acted with the urgency needed to address the growing problem.
The Vice President also recently slammed Governor Walz in a series of X posts. In his own posts, the Minnesota Governor seemed to take credit for crackdowns on fraud in his state, highlighting “joint investigations” and attributing the apprehension of criminals to “state and federal agencies shar[ing] information.” In response, Vice President Vance called out the Governor, writing, “This is like the arsonist trying to claim credit for the work of the fire department.”

Ask the Lord to expose corruption, restore integrity, and ensure that resources meant for the vulnerable are protected and used rightly. Pray that every scheme of fraud would be exposed and that those responsible would be brought to justice!
