An Amazing Fact: In November 2025, an Israeli man arriving in Tel Aviv from Thailand was caught smuggling 186 exotic animals in his luggage. Almost all of them were in one suitcase—and very much alive and wiggling. During the search, the agents found snakes, turtles, crabs, iguanas, scorpions, frogs, and other amphibians. The seized animals, valued at tens of thousands of dollars, were liberated and returned to Thailand.
“Pastor, there are so many weird beasts in Revelation. What do they mean?”
Erica was just 14 years old and already partying every weekend, but her curiosity had been piqued by The Final Events of Bible Prophecy—a truth-filled video you make available to searching hearts every day.
“I was hooked,” Erica says. “Even though I didn’t understand everything, something inside me woke up. I tucked those truths away in my heart.”

Disappointed, she drifted from the faith as many other teens do. Then a girl offered her methamphetamine in a school bathroom. She was instantly addicted. “It made me feel unstoppable,” she says.
Longing for Truth

His Perfect Timing
Erica and her friend Samantha had just used meth together. Suddenly, out of the blue, Samantha pulled out a stack of colorful booklets. “I have some studies on Revelation. Wanna see them?”
Seventeen-year-old Erica grabbed for the stack, but Samantha yanked them away. “You can’t touch these,” she snapped, hugging the papers to her chest like a sacred treasure. “They’re mine!”
Even so, Samantha used those guides to reveal the truth to Erica, page by page. “With wide eyes and dilated pupils, we talked about God,” Erica remembers. “I learned about the Sabbath, the afterlife, the Second Coming—and how it wouldn’t be a secret. The lessons even broke down the beasts of Revelation in a way I could understand. Conviction washed over me. God had met me right there, in the most unlikely place, at the most unlikely time. He knew my heart was searching.”

The Devil Fights Back
For months, all seemed to be going well for Erica. Then the devil tried to smuggle her away again …
Erica explains, “My friends and I pulled up to a house. I felt a chill because I knew drugs were inside. I stayed in the car at first, but eventually, they coaxed me in. And there it was again. Meth was passed to me. In a moment of weakness, I gave in.”
Despite that mistake, God wasn’t finished with Erica. You see, she started spending time with Fidel, a young man she met at that very house. What followed shows how God pursues us to the ends of the earth …
One day, Fidel and Erica were sitting in his room using meth when he suddenly mentioned the Bible. “My parents are Sabbath-keepers,” he said bluntly. “That’s how I was raised.”
Erica lit up. “I know about that!” she told him. “My friend once showed me everything from the Bible.” The words of life you had presented to Erica through the Amazing Facts Study Guides instantly resurfaced in a big way!
Fidel asked if Erica wanted to go to a Sabbath-keeping church. “Yes!” she practically shouted. She explains today, “I needed help. I wanted out. The Bible says that iron sharpens iron, and that day God gave me a companion in the battle.”

From Meth to Missionary
Jesus said, “The kingdom of heaven is like treasure hidden in a field, which a man found and hid; and for joy over it he goes and sells all that he has and buys that field” (Matthew 13:44).
When someone discovers that treasure, everything changes. Erica was able to find it because you helped put it within reach.

“The Holy Spirit must have told him I was praying,” she says.
