And Florida isn’t alone: Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton recently also took steps to protect children, accusing two doctors of prescribing transgender drugs to minors in violation of state law.

From the Daily Wire:

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton has expanded a 2024 lawsuit based on new evidence that accuses two doctors of lying to healthcare providers about prescribing transgender procedures on kids in defiance of state law.

Paxton announced additional allegations on Wednesday against two doctors, May Lau and M. Brett Cooper, over alleged healthcare fraud related to their prescription of transgender drugs to minors. Both Lau and Cooper had prescribed transgender drugs to dozens of kids in violation of state law, Paxton said.

Florida, Texas, and several other conservative states have been fighting boldly against transgenderism for years now. And while we don’t have exact numbers, the efforts of lawmakers in these states have likely stopped countless children from permanently damaging their bodies.

However, while these red states are taken efforts to protect children, others are doubling down on transgenderism. A recent Daily Wire article reported that Pennsylvania, a key swing state, is still spending millions on trans treatments and procedures.

Taxpayers in Pennsylvania continue to pay for transgender procedures on children despite actions from the Trump administration to protect them from the life-altering procedures, according to government data shared with The Daily Wire.

Pennsylvania funding for the procedures has continued to surge, even with President Donald Trump’s executive actions to cut funding for entities that promote the procedures on kids. From January to September 18, 2025, Pennsylvania has shelled out nearly $3 million in funding for the procedures, according to data obtained by the Pennsylvania Family Institute.

Since President Trump took office, he and his administration have sought to use federal power to protect children across the nation. And yet, despite the Trump administration’s efforts, Pennsylvania and countless other states seem to determined to carry on.

As intercessors, we need to know that the inauguration of a Republican President doesn’t mean we can stop praying. We have seen dozens of answered prayers in this area since President Trump’s inauguration, but we also know that the Enemy hasn’t given up. We have to keep praying, and we can’t let up until transgender treatments for minors are unthinkable in every state.

Let’s thank God for what he’s doing in Florida and Texas, and let’s pray that Pennsylvania would come to see just how damaging these treatments are!

How are you praying about transgenderism in the U.S.?
