<\/p>\n
I didn\u2019t choose this kind of faith \u2014 it chose me.<\/span><\/p>\n I didn\u2019t learn it in a classroom or from a pulpit. It was burned into my chest the first time I heard Christ speak and realized He wasn\u2019t being poetic.<\/span><\/p>\n \u201cTake no thought for tomorrow.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n He meant it.<\/span><\/p>\n \u201cSell what you have and give to the poor.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n He meant that too.<\/span><\/p>\n \u201cLove your enemies.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n Still literal. Still binding.<\/span><\/p>\n So, I walked it out.<\/span><\/p>\n I took Him at His word and watched impossible things move \u2014 food appear, bills vanish, people healed, directions in dreams that turned out to be real-world coordinates. Every time I obeyed, the pattern repeated: act on the words, watch the world rearrange.<\/span><\/p>\n This isn\u2019t mysticism. It\u2019s physics written in the language of faith.<\/span><\/p>\n Then you look around and realize most people don\u2019t actually believe the Book they quote.<\/span><\/p>\n They agree with it \u2014 mentally, politically, socially \u2014 but it never crosses from their head to their bloodstream.<\/span><\/p>\n They say \u201ctrust in the Lord,\u201d but mean \u201ctrust in savings, plus sentiment.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n They preach surrender, but guard their comfort like a fortress.<\/span><\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n For a literal mind \u2014 for the neurodivergent \u2014 it\u2019s torment to watch truth treated like decoration.<\/span><\/p>\n They call your obedience radical.<\/span><\/p>\n They call your dependence irresponsible.<\/span><\/p>\n They call your faith too literal.<\/span><\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n But what else can you do when the voice of Christ was clear?<\/span><\/p>\n They wrote rule books to explain away His plain commands, to make them safe, respectable, non-threatening.<\/span><\/p>\n They traded revelation for ritual, Spirit for system \u2014 and called that maturity.<\/span><\/p>\n For us, faith isn\u2019t a feeling. It\u2019s a kind of architecture.<\/span><\/p>\n When you trust, the unseen becomes structure. When you act, matter responds.<\/span><\/p>\n It\u2019s the most consistent pattern in existence \u2014 and you can test it like an equation.<\/span><\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n You try to tell them, but they blink \u2014 polite, confused, detached.<\/span><\/p>\n They think faith is performance. You know it\u2019s physics.<\/span><\/p>\n They think you\u2019re naive. You know you\u2019re walking through a responsive universe.<\/span><\/p>\n And when the impossible happens \u2014 the provision, the healing, the open door \u2014 they call it \u201cnice.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n But you know better. You\u2019ve seen the Light move the gears of creation.<\/span><\/p>\n So here\u2019s the call:<\/span><\/p>\n Walk it out.<\/span><\/p>\n Believe Christ beyond the noise.<\/span><\/p>\n Forget denominational etiquette and the neurotypical rules of polite unbelief.<\/span><\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n Follow the raw command of Jesus with unfiltered obedience.<\/span><\/p>\n Don\u2019t wait for permission. Don\u2019t ask for validation.<\/span><\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n Just believe Him \u2014 literally, dangerously, beautifully \u2014 and watch the world respond.<\/span><\/p>\n You\u2019ll feel alone at first, but you\u2019re not. You\u2019re one of the ones who still believes faith is supposed to work. That miracles are meant to be normal. That Christ is still alive.<\/span><\/p>\n Leonard Ravenhill once said,<\/span><\/p>\n \u201cWe have lots of gold, but no glory. Someday someone will pick up this Book and believe it, and put us all to shame.\u201d<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n Let that someone be you.<\/span><\/p>\n Let it be the neurodivergent, the literal, the outcast \u2014 the ones who never learned how to tone it down.<\/span><\/p>\n Let it be those who still think Christ meant what He said.<\/span><\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n Because the glory never left.<\/span><\/p>\n It\u2019s just waiting for someone to take Him seriously again.<\/span><\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n And when we do,<\/span><\/p>\n the systems will crack,<\/span><\/p>\n the false shepherds will scatter,<\/span><\/p>\n and the Light will blaze through the ruins \u2014<\/span><\/p>\n because someone finally believed.<\/span><\/p>\n RLC welcomes and encourages individuals who engage in critical thinking at the intersection of faith and justice to contribute to our blog.
