Hollywood\u2019s biggest night celebrating faith and family-friendly entertainment is set to hit the small screen. The Movieguide Faith & Values Awards Gala, a show celebrating \u201chope and inspiration\u201d in entertainment,\u201d will air March 5 on Great American Family, Great American Pure Flix and GFAM+.<\/p>\n

The television broadcast of the Movieguide Faith & Values Awards Gala will air March 5 at 8 p.m. ET.<\/p>\n The Christian Broadcasting Network\u2019s \u201cInvestigating the Supernatural: Miracles\u201d is among the nominees at this year\u2019s event.<\/p>\n Nominated for Movieguide\u2019s new \u201cAletheia: Best Documentary Prize\u201d category, the film, which explores powerful, real-life miracle stories, is up against Lee Strobel\u2019s \u201cThe Case For Miracles,\u201d \u201cDude Perfect: The Hero Tour,\u201d \u201cKevin Coster Presents: The First Christmas\u201d and \u201cMears: How One Woman Changed Christianity.\u201d<\/p>\n Other Categories include \u201cBest Movie For Families,\u201d the \u201cBest Movie For Children,\u201d and the Grace Award For Most Inspiring Performance For Movies,\u201d among others.<\/p>\n Some of the other nominees in various categories include \u201cThe Chosen: Last Supper,\u201d \u201cHouse of David,\u201d Light of the World,\u201d \u201cSarah\u2019s Oil,\u201d and \u201cMission: Impossible: The Final Reckoning.\u201d<\/p>\n Movieguide was founded by Hollywood media critic and mogul Dr. Ted Baehr, who has built the organization into a behemoth in the faith and family-friendly space.<\/p>\n \u201cMovieguide is the No. 1 family review service for movies and television shows,\u201d a press release for the awards show reads. \u201cWith over 89 million monthly users, Movieguide is used by 1 in every 3 parents to determine which movies their family or children will watch.\u201d<\/p>\n The description continues, \u201cAdditionally, Movieguide consults with major studios on what types of films will appeal to family audiences.
