Apparently, the U.S. intelligence community hid evidence of Chinese election influence from then-President Trump.

Visit your state page to pray.

From Just the News:

Analysts inside the U.S. intelligence community sought to conceal evidence of Chinese influence efforts from President Donald Trump during the 2020 election, with analysts saying they didn’t want their intel used by “that vulgarian in the Oval Office” to pursue policies toward China they personally disagreed with.

The revelation is found within a January 2021 report written by — and never before reported upon comments by — analytic ombudsman Barry Zulauf, who conducted a review of the spy community’s handling of Russian versus Chinese meddling efforts during the 2020 election. Among his conclusions was that intelligence analysts downplayed China’s actions because they had disdain for the “vulgarian” Trump and did not want to support the policies and priorities of the Trump administration toward China with which they “personally disagree.”

Just the News reported this week that the U.S. intelligence community has known since early 2020 that Beijing also gained access to American voter registration data and used that information to conduct opinion analysis related to the presidential election between Trump and then-former Vice President Joe Biden.

According to Just the News, this report is just one of many pieces of evidence proving that China worked to influence the 2020 election. Credible evidence shows that CCP-linked hackers and “social media troll farms” sought to undercut President Trump as he ran against Biden. There are also indicators that China’s Ministry of State Security and Ministry of Public Security participated as well.

Perhaps most shocking is that members of the intelligence community would withhold information from the President in an attempt to influence policy. This is troubling for a number of reasons. According to Zuluaf, who spoke about the rogue analyst’s actions in a 2023 speech, intelligence should belong to the community, not a single analyst. Additionally, while analysts may dislike certain leaders, they are strictly not entitled to alter the intelligence reports and analyses they put forward. This mindset undermines the very essence and purpose of the intelligence community itself.

Just the News also found evidence of bias toward China within the intelligence community. Zuluaf reportedly discovered that allegations of Chinese and Russian meddling were treated differently, likely due to the debunked Trump-Russia collusion narrative. While many of Russia’s actions were determined to be influence or interference efforts, the same efforts when taken by China were minimized.

This bias is likely why the Office of the Director of National Intelligence’s National Intelligence Council claimed in March 2021 that “the majority view was that China did not ultimately try to meddle in the 2020 election,” according to Just the News. Shockingly, despite the evidence to the contrary, the Biden administration’s DOJ, FBI, DHS, and CISA stated in a March 2021 joint report that there was “no evidence that any foreign government-affiliated actor manipulated election results or otherwise compromised the integrity of the 2020 federal elections,” downplaying Chinese meddling.

It is clear that our intelligence community has been bogged down for years by corruption, bias, and rogue agents. Let’s pray for all bias and corruption to be exposed, and let’s pray for integrity to be restored to our intelligence agencies!

What do you think of these revelations?
