Thankfully, the Lord Jesus is always there to guide His people with wisdom and truth. No matter how big the lie, the power of truth is always greater.

Pritzker’s Project 2029

The first lie told by the Left this week comes from Illinois Governor JB Pritzker, who is about as liberal as you can get. It’s disturbing, but not surprising that he wants Democrats to pursue “criminal prosecutions against President Trump, his administration, and even law enforcement officers” if they gain control of the White House.

Pritzker labels this wayward vision as “Project 2029” and declares that it would “restore the rule of law.” He insists, “I don’t think you can speak of it in shorthand, but we’ve got to restore the rule of law, and that means holding people accountable who’ve broken the law. I’m talking about the people in this administration who’ve broken the law and federal agents who’ve broken the law.”

Pritzker specified what being “held accountable” meant. “Criminally prosecuted, civilly prosecuted, whatever it is that we can do. Right? It may be that you can’t criminally prosecute somebody, but that you can go after them civilly.”

Leftists like Pritzker love to talk about accountability. All the while, their own record shows NO ACCOUNTABLITY for immigration and abortion laws, as well as the mutilation of minors, censorship, and their failure to protect Americans from China’s influence, radical Islam, and election fraud.

In a nutshell, many Leftists who claim they want to “restore the rule of law,” are in fact the ones breaking it. The idea that those who protect the nation’s borders should be punished is nothing more than the Left’s battle cry for socialism.

Court Recognizes Logic and Sanity

The next lie revolves around an Ohio court that has actually rejected a leftist lie which endangers children. The Ohio Court of Appeals has essentially embraced logic and sanity, as can be seen from their recent notes from a case involving a young girl who had a habit of frequently “changing her gender.”

“There is no requirement in Ohio law that parents must unquestioningly accept and support their minor children’s claims of transsexual identity or preferred pronouns. In fact, this issue remains hotly-contested socially, politically, and legally. As an example, the State of Ohio has banned so-called ‘gender-affirming care’ for minors because of the inherent risk of providing such treatments to minors, whose minds are developing and may change. That statute is currently being litigated. Meanwhile, the United States Supreme Court has upheld a similar ban in Tennessee. Quite recently, Justice Barrett, joined by Chief Justice Roberts and Justice Kavanaugh, emphasized that ‘the doctrine of substantive due process has long embraced a parent’s right to raise her child, which includes the right to participate in significant decisions about her child’s mental health.’”

The court also noted that the parents of the girl had reason to be “cautious,” and “presented no serious concern” to her. In other words, the court understood that it is NORMAL for a parent to BE A PARENT by not going along with every idea or fantasy that a child embraces.

The court cited evidence from the girl’s therapist, who said she “tended to change her sexuality every four to five weeks.” The court added that “children who struggle with these issues deserve sober and sensitive guidance, and Ohio law does not require parents unquestioningly to accept whatever their children say about their gender identity or sexuality at that particular moment.”

In the end, the Ohio Court of Appeals ruled that “the state was wrong in suggesting that the failure to accept a child’s gender change was evidence of being unfit parents.” This is good news for intercessors who have been praying about this issue for a very long time. The victories over the leftist lie that children (and adults) can change their gender are growing by the day. Keep praying and the wins will keep coming.

Human Composting?

The last lie to be shared this week is beyond disturbing and likely, many people know nothing about it. While it’s usually an idea supported by the Left, this time, even lawmakers on the Right are latching onto it. Currently, at least 14 blue states have legalized “human composting,” but now some red state leaders are giving the green light to this stomach-turning practice.

As reported by WND, “The Oklahoma State House on Tuesday passed a bipartisan bill that would make it legal to use the decomposed and ground-up remains of human corpses as soil fertilizer in the state.” HB3660 “seeks to include so-called ‘natural organic reduction’ (NOR), a common euphemism for composting, ‘as a form of cremation’ under state law.”

Oklahoma State Rep. Jim Shaw responded on X, “Today the House advanced HB3660, a bill to legalize the use of composted human bodies as fertilizer. If this bill is put into law, Oklahoma joins 14 BLUE states that have legalized this process. So, instead of outlawing this type of practice outright, we’re on track to take the use of humanure as fertilizer another disgusting step forward.”

Surprisingly, HB3660 is sponsored by two Republicans–Oklahoma State Rep. Eddy Dempsey and Oklahoma Sen. Casey Murdock. Furthermore, a majority of Republicans voted for the bill. Proponents boast that human composting is a “green, lower carbon” option when it comes to burial.

In a video Rep. Shaw asks the bill’s sponsor, “I just gotta ask, do you really believe that human remains, or even my favorite subject human poop, are ok as compost or for fertilizer? Do you really believe that?” Rep. Dempsey answers, “In this situation, yes.”

A little research on this subject leads to websites like earthfuneral.com, which says, “Human composting is a natural, eco-friendly alternative to traditional funeral practices. The process gently transforms a body into nutrient-rich soil over a 45-day period. The cubic yard of healthy soil produced is perfect for conserving and restoring land. This means that families can use some of the soil for memorialization and the rest can be used for conservation projects. Soil health is fundamental for reforestation, erosion control and revitalizing challenged ecosystems. Human composting is therefore friendly to the environment both during and after the actual process.”

Rep. Shaw commented further on X. “They’ve been spreading ‘humanure’ aka biosolids on Oklahoma farmland for decades. This bill is throwing in composted human remains to be used as fertilizer. I’ve proposed a bill two sessions in a row to ban the application of biosolids as fertilizer in our state and it has been killed outright. This bill would take that practice to another level. It’s disturbing to say the least.”

It seems “earth friendly” has taken a very warped turn. One would think that human remains are off limits when it comes to fertilizer. But in today’s mixed-up world, many things once thought taboo are being pushed as environmentally conscious.

Lord Jesus, there are many confusing lies that permeate the culture, media, and government. We pray for every lie and deception to be brought out into the light. May the truth shine in every dark place, and let Your will be done.

Angela Rodriguez is an author, blogger and former teacher who studies the signs of the times, as well as the historical and biblical connections between Israel and the United States.
