In January, the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) lifted the freeze on the grants, sparking significant outcry from pro-life advocates.\n<\/p>\n<p>Many pro-life supporters have since recognized the legal and procedural obstacles that compelled the current administration to release millions of taxpayer dollars to Planned Parenthood and other clinics.
