As America prepares to celebrate its 250th anniversary, leaders and believers across the nation are calling for a renewed focus on God and the nation\u2019s spiritual foundations. Speaking ahead of the upcoming \u201cRededicate 250\u201d event on the National Mall, Ambassador Monica Crowley<\/span><\/span> said America cannot be restored without returning to faith in God and the principles that guided the Founding Fathers.\n<\/p>\n

\u201cPresident Trump\u2019s big project is to restore America back to her foundational principles of individual liberty, economic freedom, and self-governance, and restore power back to the people. That\u2019s what Make America Great Again is really all about,\u201d she said. \u201cSo in order to restore our nation back to those core pillars, you have to have God.\u201d\n<\/p>\n

\u201cOur Founding Fathers in so many of their documents and their letters refer to God and how they couldn\u2019t do what they did in establishing our exceptional country without the hand of God on them, and they recognized that at the time,\u201d she said, explaining that, once again, America is in a position where it must realize that it cannot move forward without God\u2019s help.\n<\/p>\n

\u201cSo now here we are, 250 years later, restoring the Republic, and we certainly cannot do it without him. So this is why we decided that we were going to have the national prayer event on the National Mall as really the first big event to kick off a whole series of events of celebration,\u201d she said, previewing Rededicate 250.\n<\/p>\n
