JERUSALEM, Israel\u00a0\u2013\u00a0Despite conflicting and sometimes contradictory messages, U.S. and Iranian negotiators have completed their first round of talks\u00a0in Switzerland, as President Trump warned that the threat of force by the U.S. against Iran remains on the table.<\/p>\n
