Yet one thing remains difficult to find there: clear Bible resources that explain last-day truth in Japanese.<\/em><\/p>\n A few months ago, I got an unexpected Sabbath call to visit Taka, a man who\u2019d suffered several spinal fractures in a bicycle accident. I gladly went to the hospital to pray with him, and our conversation became one that I will never forget.<\/p>\n Taka told me that he grew up in Tokyo, surrounded by Shinto and Buddhist beliefs. One evening during a family worship on the Ten Commandments, his 11-year-old daughter asked, \u201cDaddy, if the Bible says the Sabbath is the seventh day, why do we go to church on Sunday?\u201d<\/p>\n Taka had no answer. \u201cThat\u2019s a good question,\u201d he said. \u201cI\u2019ll study it and get back to you.\u201d<\/p>\n He had no idea how that one honest question would change his family\u2019s life forever!
