Now, a legal group is releasing a new tool designed to help parents stand up for themselves and demand transparency.\n<\/p>\n<h4>Have you taken your place on the wall?<\/h4>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>From Fox News:\n<\/p>\n<p class=\"speakable\">\u201cAs the Supreme Court has repeatedly said, parents have the ultimate authority over their children\u2019s education,\u201d America First Legal outlined in a\u00a0press release\u00a0last week.\n<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAnd yet schools often ignore parents\u2019 rights. School systems, administrators, and teachers often treat parents with contempt and disdain simply for asking what their children are learning and what values schools are promoting.\u201d\n<\/p>\n<p>The press release goes on to discuss the Protection of Pupil Rights Amendment\u00a0(PPRA), which it describes as an \u201cimportant\u201d but \u201cuntil now little-used tool\u201d that can be used for \u201cholding administrators and teachers accountable.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>According to the press release, the PPRA \u201cprovides parents with a right to review curriculum used to teach their child at school. It also provides an even more extensive set of rights to review, and opt out, of certain surveys and studies that probe into the children\u2019s lives and attitudes.\u201d\n<\/p>\n<p>America First Legal (AFL) notes that parents can use the PPRA to demand transparency from schools. It shared a template letter on X that parents can fill out and send to their children\u2019s schools requesting \u201cprior notice of \u2026 any formal or informal instruction that involves exposure to or discussion of gender identity, transgenderism, gender-affirming care, pronouns inconsistent with biological sex, sexual activity, sexual orientation, sexual preferences, LBGTQ-related matters, policies regarding students use of locker rooms, bathrooms, or similar facilities, or any other related topics.\u201d\n<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">\/1\ud83d\udea8PROTECT YOUR CHILDREN \u2014 America First Legal just released a template letter that parents can use to opt out of radical classroom instruction and woke school policies. <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/I4z46KWAe6\">pic.twitter.com\/I4z46KWAe6<\/a>\n<\/p>\n<p>\u2014 America First Legal (@America1stLegal) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/America1stLegal\/status\/1984346880835535221?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">October 31, 2025<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Let\u2019s thank God for this new tool, and let\u2019s pray it would be used across the nation to protect children from indoctrination!\n<\/p>\n<h4>Share your prayers for the protection of children and parental rights below.<\/h4>\n<p>(Excerpt from Fox News.
