This is a brief discussion I had with good friends Jeanne and Pam, who are mentors to many.
Pam wants to add: If someone feels “unqualified” to lead/facilitate a group, then they’re probably just the right person for the job. God is looking for empty vessels that His Holy Spirit can fill to accomplish His will. At least that is what I found to be true in my own life when God called me to serve. The scripture below inspired me when I first began.
