1. Appreciation: This is a prayer habit where you are expected to offer a prayer of Thanksgiving to God before you enter into your main prayer session. Always thank God for all he has done for you in the past, acknowledge how he has successfully helped you in the past.
2. Testimony: This is where you are expected to mention some of the things God has done for you in the past. This serves as an evidence of your faith. It is a good prayer habit that boost your faith and confidence in God for what you are about to pray for. It gives you the confidence that if God could do it for you in the past, he’s able to do it for you again in your presence prayer request.
3. Confession: This is a prayer habit where you are expected to mention the sins you might have committed in the past, the ones you can remember and those you can’t remember. Then you ask God for forgiveness.
