Report to the Twelve Districts, available only in digital form this year, contains reports from all synodical entities, helping provide an update on the synod’s ministries between synod conventions and guiding districts during their June conventions. In this book, synod leaders describe ministry activities during the past year, present information about current efforts, and detail future plans.
As WELS President Mark Schroeder notes, “It’s important to look back on what has been done because it reminds us of the many ways in which God graciously works through us. In spite of our own human weaknesses and failings, he sees to it that the gospel is preached, the message is proclaimed, and souls are saved. And he reminds us of the amazing privilege that he has given to us to be workers in his harvest field.”
